Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using LumiCore services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you use the services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

LumiCore Technologies provides cloud-based business software and workflow functionality, including document management, CRM, scheduling, automation, and connected-service integrations. Features may change from time to time as the platform evolves.

Some services may depend on third-party systems or accounts, including Google Workspace. Access to those features may require active external accounts, valid permissions, and continued availability of those third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace access.

You must provide accurate information, use the services only for lawful business purposes, and ensure that your content, data, and instructions do not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

You may not use LumiCore services to interfere with the platform, gain unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, misuse third-party integrations, violate intellectual property rights, or process data in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms, or comply with legal or security obligations.

If you connect Google Workspace or another third-party service, you authorize LumiCore to access and use the relevant account data strictly to provide the integration features you enable inside the product.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of those providers. LumiCore is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of third-party services outside our direct control.

You retain responsibility for the business data, files, records, messages, and content you submit or process through LumiCore. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that data with the service.

We may process customer data only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

LumiCore Technologies and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, designs, branding, and related materials, except for customer-owned content and rights expressly granted under applicable law.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your internal business purposes.

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, internet disruptions, and other factors may affect availability.

The services are provided on an as-available and as-provided basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumiCore Technologies disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, LumiCore Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk. You may stop using the services at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
