LumiCore Technologies provides business software and workflow automation services. Our services may be accessed through LumiCore-operated applications, including dashboard.lumicore.ae, and through our parent website at idealhomeuae.com.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business email address, company details, account profile information, workspace settings, uploaded files, calendar-related details, CRM records, and messages or requests submitted through LumiCore features.

We also collect service usage information needed to operate the platform, such as login activity, device and browser details, audit logs, workflow events, and technical diagnostics related to performance, security, and reliability.

If you connect a Google Workspace account, LumiCore may access Google account data only to provide the integration features you enable, such as reading calendar availability, creating or updating calendar events, sending or drafting email-related workflow actions, and supporting connected business automations.

We use Google Workspace data only to provide requested user-facing functionality and related security, support, and operational functions. We do not sell Google Workspace data, and we do not use Google Workspace data for advertising.

We use personal and business information to provide and improve LumiCore services, authenticate users, manage company workspaces, process documents, support CRM and scheduling workflows, respond to support requests, maintain records of activity, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.

Where integrations are enabled, we also use relevant connected-service data to complete the actions requested by users or administrators inside their workspace.

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host, secure, maintain, and support the platform, but only to the extent reasonably necessary for those services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of LumiCore Technologies, our customers, or other users.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the services, maintain workspace records, meet legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations.

Integration data and connected-account access may be removed or limited when an integration is disconnected, when access is revoked, or when the related account or workspace is closed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, or alteration. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the services and data we process.

You may request updates to your account information, request disconnection of linked integrations, or contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to applicable law and our legitimate operational or legal obligations.

If your access is managed by an employer, workspace owner, or administrator, some requests may need to be handled through that organization first.

LumiCore services may be accessed by users in different locations. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions that may differ from your own, subject to appropriate operational and legal safeguards.
